We recommend booking as early as possible especially for peak season dates. Our general guidelines are:Local & Regional zones: minimum 3 weeks in advanceExtended & Long Distance zones: minimum 6 weeks in advancePeak season (May – October): add 2 additional weeks to eachFriday-Sunday dates in Spring and Fall book quickly. If you have your heart set on a date, don't wait!

Yes. Changes to your order are welcome up to 14 days before your event. Modifications made within 14 days are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee. Final guest counts, table layouts, and any timing adjustments should be confirmed no later than 2 weeks out.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of quote or zone minimum is required to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Dates are not held without a signed agreement and deposit on file.

Absolutely! Many of our bookings come through planner referrals and we love working alongside them. If your planner referred you, please mention it when you reach out. We're happy to coordinate directly with your planning team on timelines and logistics.
