Planning an event, especially a wedding, can feel overwhelming when it comes to creating that perfect ambiance. Sourcing, buying, arranging, and then dealing with hundreds of candles (plus cleanup, safety, and storage) is time-consuming, expensive, and stressful. We solve that by handling everything for you.

You focus on celebrating with your loved ones while we deliver, set up and break down the pieces. No shopping trips, no fire hazards to worry about, no post-event mess—just beautiful, cohesive results that make your event more memorable and enjoyable.

what you can expect

No prep needed from you! Just share your vision, venue details, guest count, and any color/theme preferences.  We coordinate timing with you, your venue or planner. Standard rentals cover your event day (typically pickup the next day or as arranged). Multi-day options available for weekend events.

All items are venue-approved (contained, drip-less, smokeless taper candles), clean, and ready to use. We bring everything required—no need to provide candles, holders, or accessories. Our team handles professional staging of rentals that enhance florals, details and the beauty of you and your guests!

pricing & booking

Our pricing and booking process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and tailored to your specific event. Number of tables, guest count, and overall scope (accenting just the head table vs. full-room candlelit ambiance with pillars, votives, and staging across multiple tables) will impact your overall cost. We handle professional delivery to your venue, on-site arrangement and pickup afterward. This service is included in your quote to make things effortless for you. 

Decided you want to work with us? In order to save your date, a 50% deposit of the quote is required to confirm your booking.
